For all claims, please email us at support@gldgames.com with your proof of purchase and a description of what's wrong with the item. We may direct you to the retailer where you originally purchased your item, depending on the issue, timing, and retailer. We may also request photos of the damage or defect if applicable.
What's Covered?
In general, our warranty policy states: The Manufacturer warrants to the original retail purchaser that this product is free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and conditions for a period of [Warranty Length] from the date of the original purchase. The Manufacturer's liability is limited to the repair or replacement, at its option, of any defective product and shall not include and liability for indirect, incidental or consequential damage of any kind.
