General Information
For all claims, please email us at support@gldgames.com with your proof of purchase and a description of what's wrong with the item. We may direct you to the retailer where you originally purchased your item, depending on the issue, timing, and retailer. We may also request photos of the damage or defect if applicable.
Your warranty will be active for the time stated even if you do not fill out the warranty registration. Having a pre-filled out registration form may expedite your warranty claim process. You have the option to fill out the form included in your manual and mail it to us or submit the electronic form at the bottom of this page.
Each product has its own warranty length. Most Viper and Fat Cat darts have lifetime barrel warranties. Most Viper dartboards have 90 day warranties. Many cues have lifetime or three year warranties. To see the length of a product's warranty, please visit the corresponding product page on our website or look in your product manual.
If no warranty is specified, that means the product does not have a warranty.
Many of our products are covered under one or more of the following: 90 Days, Limited 1 Year, Limited 3 Year, Limited Lifetime, Lifetime Barrel Warranty, or 7 Year Accuslate.
Our policy states that you must first provide proof of purchase in order to activate any warranty claim. Without proof of purchase, we are unable to cover any parts, repairs, or refunds.
What's Covered?
Most Viper and Fat Cat darts are backed by a Lifetime Barrel Warranty.
What's Covered
Missing pieces. Defective material or workmanship such as breaks, cracks, or chips in the barrels.
What's Not Covered
The natural wear of a dart tip, flight, shaft, or the barrel coating due to normal use, abuse, or neglect.
Most Viper electronic dartboards are backed by a 1-year warranty. Most Fat Cat electronic dartboards are backed by a 90-day warranty.
What's Covered
Missing pieces. Defective material or workmanship such as faulty electronics.
What's Not Covered
Normal wear and tear on the item or damage caused by neglect, abuse, or misuse. Misuse includes but is not limited to: Storing the dartboard outside, using steel tip darts, using soft tip darts heavier than the suggested gram weight.
Most Viper steel tip dartboards are backed by a 90 day warranty.
What's Covered
Missing pieces. Defective material or workmanship. Defect caused by improper storage during transport.
What's Not Covered
Normal wear and tear on the item over time: sisal is a natural material and can wear down after normal use. Damage caused by neglect, abuse, or misuse. This includes but is not limited to: Storing the dartboard outside, using any moisture on the dartboard to clean it.
Most Viper dartboard cabinets are backed by a 90 day warranty.

Missing pieces. Defective material or workmanship such as warped wood or misplaced hardware.
What's Not Covered
Normal wear and tear on the item or damage caused by neglect, abuse, or misuse. This includes but is not limited to: Storing the dartboard cabinet outside, holes or scratches in the cabinet as a result of normal play.
Most Viper cues are backed by a 1 year, 3 year, or lifetime warranty.
What's Covered
Missing pieces. Defective material or workmanship such as warpage or cracking.
What's Not Covered
The natural wear of a cue tip, finish, and/or wrap due to normal use, abuse, or neglect.
Most Fat Cat billiard tables are backed by a 90-day warranty. On top of that, any table with an Accuslate playing surface comes with a 7-year warranty on the Accuslate.

Normal wear and tear on the item or damage caused by neglect, abuse, or misuse. This includes but is not limited to: Incorrect or improper assembly; storing the table outside; holes, scratches, or wear on the felt or table as a result of normal play; and putting excessive weight on the table.
7 Year Accuslate Warranty
The manufacturer warrants to the original retail purchaser that the Accuslate playing surface of your game table will remain flat, within a tolerance of +/- 30/1000 of an inch, measuring from any flat plane within the Accuslate playing surface for a period is seven (7) years from the date of original purchase.
Most Fat Cat multi-game tables are backed by a 90-day warranty.
