GLD takes the risk out of online shopping and has a return policy to give you peace of mind.

If your product does not work, arrives damaged, or does not meet the expectations that we have set forth, we have a procedure that is easy to use and guarantees satisfaction.

I ordered the wrong size/color or I changed my mind.

If you ordered the wrong product or changed your mind, all you will need to do is send the item(s) back to us at the address listed at the bottom of the page. Please email us using the contact information listed at the end of this page. Let us know what your order number is and why you would like to return the product. If you return the product without letting us know in advance, we cannot guarantee your refund.

All returned items must be in "as new" condition. “As new” means that the product is in the same condition in which you received it. Please return the item in the original packaging including any manuals, cabling, and accessories in saleable condition. Items to be returned must be unused and unmodified in any way.

Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping, and we do not refund the original shipping fees under these circumstances. Additionally, a 15% restocking fee is applied for the processing and restocking of items returned due to ordering errors or changes of mind. All returns/exchanges must be submitted within 30 days of the date we ship out your order. Returns are processed within 2-5 business days from when they arrive at our warehouse. Depending on your bank, refunds can take up to two weeks.

We warrant every product we make to be free of manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship. We will work with each customer to ensure that they are satisfied with their product. GLD does not warranty and is not responsible for damages caused by shipping, misuse, abuse, accidents, the natural breakdown of materials over time, or problems that may be reasonably expected with normal wear.
