Parts, Warranty, and Customer Support
Different products have different warranty lengths and types. Please refer to specific product pages for details.
Pockey Table locks are available directly on our website. For most other parts, please call our Customer Support line and we will be happy to assist you. You can reach us using the information at the bottom of this page.
The answer to this question can vary depending on where you purchased the product.
If you purchased through gldproducts.com, just send an email to support@gldgames.com with your order number (it should start with an S), along with with a brief description of what's wrong with the product and any accompanying photo or video. Our support team will work with you from there.
If you purchased through any other website or retail store and are still within the retailer's return period, you can exchange or return the product through them. However, if you are outside of the retailer's return period but still within the manufacturer’s warranty period, we can help you. Email your proof of purchase to support@gldgames.com along with a brief description of what's wrong with the product and any accompanying photo or video.
These parts are stored inside of the tabletop as shown on page 8 of the product manual. If you no longer have a paper copy of your manual, you can find it on our Manuals & Assembly Videos page.
The 3-in-1 flip table only comes with a quantity of 1 of each of these pieces in the hardware pack. One set is already pre-installed on the table where the plug comes out. Sometimes the bolt may be slightly hidden inside of the table and may need to be pulled out.

Darts

The throwline distance is 7’9-¾” for steel tip boards, and 8’ for soft tip boards. The distance is measured from the face of the dartboard.
Yes, all items are provided with mounting hardware.
All items are intended to be mounted on indoor walls.
The Viper Laser Throw Line can be mounted anywhere, as the laser can be adjusted to properly display the line.
Many shafts have locking holes which can be used to apply additional leverage when tightening shafts. This can prevent shafts from loosening as easily. O-Rings can further help make a tight fit between barrels and aluminum shafts.
Billiards & Game Tables
Due to their size and weight, most large game tables are shipped with our partner freight company, AIT Worldwide Logistics. Freight shipments typically take longer than standard UPS or Fedex, and shipping time estimates may be less precise due to service areas and delivery availability.
Freight shipments most often require a delivery appointment. AIT will contact you when your shipment arrives at the local terminal to schedule a timeframe for delivery. Someone will need to be at the residence in order for the shipment to be delivered successfully.
Standard Service Included
All our game tables come with normal Threshold Delivery, which means the table will be removed from the truck by the delivery company and delivered to the first threshold of the delivery destination, usually a front door/porch area. The options below are available as add-ons. To add these on to your order, visit our Options for Large Game Table Delivery page.
Additional Flight of Stairs
Add this to your cart for every flight of stairs you need the game table to go up, after one. All deliveries include one flight of stairs. If the table needs to go up two flights of stairs, just add a quantity of one to your cart. If the table needs to go up three flights of stairs, add a quantity of two to your cart, and so on.
Room of Choice Service
Add this to your cart for inside delivery to the room of our choice on your LTL order, including one flight of stairs. On occasion, we may have specials for some select tables to include this option for free. You'll see a callout in the description area of the product page if this is the case.
White Glove Service
Add this to your cart for White Glove service on your LTL order. White Glove service includes inside delivery to the room of your choice, one flight of stairs, and unpack/uncrate/detrash.
The model number can be found on the the box the table came in, as well as the product manual.
If you no longer have the box or manual, you can use the pictures on our Product Manuals & Assembly Videos page to match up your table with the correct model number.
It is recommended that game tables have at least 4 feet of space on each side.
Our Accuslate playing surface is an ultra-dense MDF with superior warp resistance and durability. All Accuslate playing surfaces come with a seven year warranty.
Cue weights can vary between 18 and 22 ounces. If there a cue has a customizable weight, the product’s detail page will mention it.
