How does it work?

The process is simple and easy.

Test Products

We send complimentary samples to D.A.R.T. members to test out new products and tell us what they think.

Give Feedback

Shortly after members receive a product, they'll be sent a survey with questions from our developers.

Join the Community

When you join D.A.R.T., you'll have the opportunity to be added to a Facebook group exclusively for members.

● Testing Products

We're always working on refining our existing products and developing new ones. One of the most crucial steps in the development process is unbiased product testing. Our experienced staff extensively tests everything we refine and develop, but there's nothing better than getting a product into the hands of the people who will use it again and again. You are the real experts, which is why we send complimentary samples to D.A.R.T. members for testing and review.

● Giving Feedback

Shortly after members receive a product, they'll be sent a survey with questions from our developers. We know our members are busy, so we try to keep it as short and sweet as possible. We only ask questions that will directly inform our product development team.

In between product mailings, we gather feedback through Facebook and emails. This usually happens in the early design phase. We present a few design options and members vote. This quickly gives our team a clear idea of what players are looking for.

● The D.A.R.T. Community

When you join D.A.R.T., you'll have the opportunity to be added to a Facebook group exclusively for members. In the group, you can compare notes with other members, talk about recent dart news, and ask questions directly to the D.A.R.T. committee.

It's one of the best and most direct ways for us to keep in touch with dart players all across the country, and it's for D.A.R.T. members only.
