What are Manufacturer Refurbished products?

Manufacturer Refurbished products were returned for various reasons including, but not limited to, incorrect shipping address, refused shipment, or buyer's remorse. All returned products go through an inspection process before being labeled as refurbished and going up for sale. 

What condition are Manufacturer Refurbished products in?

Manufacturer Refurbished products have been inspected and tested by qualified individuals directly in our facility. Our inspection process ensures the product has no major blemishes and is missing no essential parts. Our testing process ensures the product functions properly.

Due to the nature of refurbished products, some products may show a slight amount of wear and tear, or may have missing non-essential parts. Products may not be in original packaging. All refurbished products are backed by the GLD Products Refurbished Guarantee. 

What is the GLD Products Refurbished Guarantee?

All Manufacturer Refurbished products sold on our website are backed by the GLD Products Refurbished Guarantee. With this guarantee, you are eligible for a replacement or refund within 30 days of receiving the product if it does not work properly or if it is missing essential parts.

Not Working Properly
If you purchase a product and it doesn't work properly, you will be covered under the guarantee. For example, if you purchase an electronic dartboard and you find that one of the segments doesn't register scores, you would be covered. You can contact us within 30 days of receiving the product to get a replacement or refund.

Missing Essential Parts
If you purchase a product and it is missing essential parts, you will be covered under the guarantee. However, this guarantee does not cover non-essential missing parts. Because refurbished products were returned from a previous customer, some non-essential parts might be missing. An example of a non-essential part would be extra tips for a dart set. An example of an essential part would be an entire dart missing from a set. You can contact us within 30 days of receiving the product to get the missing part sent to you.
