Parts, Warranty, and Customer Support
Different products have different warranty lengths and types. Please refer to specific product pages for details.
Pockey Table locks are available directly on our website. For most other parts, please call our Customer Support line and we will be happy to assist you. You can reach us using the information at the bottom of this page.
The answer to this question can vary depending on where you purchased the product.
If you purchased through gldproducts.com, just send an email to support@gldgames.com with your order number (it should start with an S), along with with a brief description of what's wrong with the product and any accompanying photo or video. Our support team will work with you from there.
If you purchased through any other website or retail store and are still within the retailer's return period, you can exchange or return the product through them. However, if you are outside of the retailer's return period but still within the manufacturer’s warranty period, we can help you. Email your proof of purchase to support@gldgames.com along with a brief description of what's wrong with the product and any accompanying photo or video.
These parts are stored inside of the tabletop as shown on page 8 of the product manual. If you no longer have a paper copy of your manual, you can find it on our Manuals & Assembly Videos page.
The 3-in-1 flip table only comes with a quantity of 1 of each of these pieces in the hardware pack. One set is already pre-installed on the table where the plug comes out. Sometimes the bolt may be slightly hidden inside of the table and may need to be pulled out.

Dardos

The throwline distance is 7’9-¾” for steel tip boards, and 8’ for soft tip boards. The distance is measured from the face of the dartboard.
Yes, all items are provided with mounting hardware.
All items are intended to be mounted on indoor walls.
The Viper Laser Throw Line can be mounted anywhere, as the laser can be adjusted to properly display the line.
Many shafts have locking holes which can be used to apply additional leverage when tightening shafts. This can prevent shafts from loosening as easily. O-Rings can further help make a tight fit between barrels and aluminum shafts.

It is recommended that game tables have at least 4 feet of space on each side.
Our Accuslate playing surface is an ultra-dense MDF with superior warp resistance and durability. All Accuslate playing surfaces come with a seven year warranty.
Cue weights can vary between 18 and 22 ounces. If there a cue has a customizable weight, the product’s detail page will mention it.
